About the Founder
ViVa Musical Wellness was founded by Virna Varona, a professional singer with extensive experience performing for diverse audiences and across various cultural contexts.
Her approach combines musical sensitivity, emotional awareness, and respectful human interaction, creating safe and meaningful moments through live music.
With a deep understanding of how music connects with memory, identity, and emotion, every session is conducted with professionalism and tailored to the unique needs of older adults.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Virna developed personalized musical video sessions, individually recorded and addressing each person by name. These sessions proved to be highly effective in reducing isolation, boosting morale, and maintaining emotional connection during lockdowns. This experience expanded her ability to provide meaningful musical wellness, both in person and through customized recorded formats.
